How do I install We Pad It Pole Pads?
Our pole pads are very easy to install. Written instructions are included with each order or you can simply follow our installation videos.

How do I determine the right size?
The easiest way to determine the size of pole pad you require is to measure the pole’s “perimeter dimension” with a flexible measuring tape. If a flexible tape is not available, simply wrap a string or other flexible material around the pole. Then place the string on a tape measure to determine the perimeter dimension of the pole. You must delineate the shape of the pole – round, square or rectangular as well as the length of pole pad you require (4 ft., 6 ft., or custom length). Are We Pad It products Child Safe?
Unlike our competitors, our pads are made with “child safe” material. Our outer shell material is:
- 6P compliant
What does this mean? The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) implemented standards regarding 6P wherein any item or product manufactured to be used by children when playing, the 6 phthalates are not to exceed concentrations of 0.1% in any product. - Lead is less than 100 ppm
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requires for all products that apply, lead must not exceed 300 parts per million (ppm). Our material complies with this requirement. - Fire retardant to meet NFPA-701, CSFM and achieves a Class A Fire Rating under ASTM E-84
- UV Stabilized for outdoor longevity. The material is durable, will not rot, mildew or crack and is easily cleaned.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to the fact each pad is made to order, we require a 15 day lead time from date of order for manufacturing plus shipping time.

How much is shipping?
All orders are sent UPS Ground. We can only ship to addresses within the United States.
The shipping costs within the contiguous United States are as follows:
1” foam, 4 foot pad - $12.00 each
2” foam, 4 foot pad - $15.00 each
1” foam, 6 foot pad - $22.00 each
2” foam, 6 foot pad - $25.00 each
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
Are We Pad It products guaranteed?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will accept returns in their original condition for up to 30 days. A copy of the receipt is required.
